He is currently heading the Environment & Quality function at Sahara India Pariwar and has been instrumental in institutionalizing these two functions.

Shri A. V. Shivaramakrishnan, a chemical Engineer, has 20 years of experience in the field of production, design & development, TQM, Quality & Environment Systems Implementation. He has industry exposure in the field of manufacturing & service industry, including consulting.

Dr. Hari Prakash, Doctorate in Horticulture, has 10 years of experience in the field of Horticulture, floriculture and tissue culture. He has been actively involved in Environment Impact Assessment Studies and is a practising ecologist.

Shri Devendra Mahajan, a Hydro-geologist, has 10 years of experience in the field of Water Exploration, Remote sensing and Water Resource Management. He has exposure to design, development & implementation of EMS, OHS AS and Social Accountability Management System.

Shri L. K. Sahoo, an Electrical Engineer, has 10 years of experience in the field of Project Management, design and installation of electrical Systems, and Electrical energy conservation. He also has exposure to design, development and implementation of EMS & OHS AS.

Kapil Budhiraja, a Mechanical Engineer, has 5 years of experience in the field of Production and quality Management.
He has exposure to design, development and implementation of QMS and EMS.

Shri Hem Prakash, a Mechanical Engineer, has 5 years of experience in the field of Production and quality Management. He has exposure to design, development and implementation of QMS and EMS.
